Multifamily has a visibility problem because it has a relationship problem. Residents only hear from their property when rent is due or something breaks, so the conversations that reveal why they stay, leave, or pay late never happen.
ResiDesk exists to change that. We started with trusted, human-backed conversations residents actually want to have, because without engagement, there is no meaningful signal to capture. Today, we analyze those conversations to reveal where and why performance is shifting, so owners and operators can act earlier and improve NOI.
