Sensitive data minimization before storage
ResiDesk is designed to use only the data needed to operate approved workflows. Standard PMS integrations do not require payment card data or Social Security numbers, and unnecessary sensitive fields are excluded or scrubbed where present to reduce exposure across resident records.
Encryption in transit and at rest
ResiDesk protects data as it moves between systems and while it is stored, using secure infrastructure built on Heroku Enterprise and AWS.
Traceable PMS activity
ResiDesk logs PMS integration activity for auditability, so teams can review what was requested, when it was requested, and what was returned through controlled support and security workflows.
SOC 2 Type II certified
Our certification demonstrates that ResiDesk has controls in place to protect customer data over time.
