Entrata ELI+ brings AI directly into Entrata’s operating environment. For Entrata customers, that can reduce some friction, also it means Entrata determines both your PMS roadmap and your AI roadmap.
Specialized AI starts from a different place.
Instead of asking how to put AI inside an existing PMS, these products are designed around the job to be done.
Of course, that doesn’t mean point solutions only solve one problem.

“Native” sounds reassuring — no new vendor, no new integrations, just one company handling more of the stack.
But when you’re adopting AI, convenience is only one part of the decision.
If AI is going to communicate with residents, automate workflows, and influence how your team spends their time, the bar should be much higher than “it already comes with our PMS.”
Here’s why PMS-native AI solutions aren’t necessarily the right choice:
Your PMS is your system of record. It tracks leases, balances, resident information, work orders, and the other data you rely on every day.
